Music Ministry

CHANCEL CHOIR

Chancel Choir is a dynamic and active music ministry which sings music of many different styles, including classical, traditional, gospel, multi-cultural, and contemporary.  Chancel Choir is open to all who love singing and to all who like to have fun; no audition is necessary.  Rehearsals are on Wednesday nights from 7:15-8:45 p.m. in the Sanctuary (except in the summertime), immediately following the Wednesday night worship service.  The Chancel Choir provides music for the 8:30 and 11:15 worship services each Sunday. Rehearsals will start back up on August 25th. (Choir members may elect to sing at one or both services.)

HANDBELLS

The Adult Group ring challenging music and focus on playing musically; rehearsals are Mondays at 7 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Rehearsals will start back up on August 30th.

PRAISE BAND

The Praise Band provides music for University UMC on Sundays at 10:00am and for Las Naciones on Sundays at 1:00pm and Thursdays at 7:00pm.
This band uses keyboard, electric guitars, acoustical guitar and drums.
